Background. One of the major challenges in modern healthcare that is timely delivery high-quality medical care to population must be addressed. First all, it requires effective staff management. The quantitative and structural imbalance professionals another common issue healthcare. current changes management are primarily related reshaping responsibilities personnel. In this context, we will discuss as transfer some personnel non-medical one, which expected reduce excessive physician workload.
 purpose article study analyze existing positive practices solutions aimed at delegating tasks not health organizations.
 Materials methods. authors conducted an expert interview with heads organizations, doctors, divisions chiefs departments organizations Moscow Russian regions. Along interviews, used SWOT analysis.
 Results. survey revealed potential transformation trends. According opinion, main transformations a set functions such work call centers, implementation telemedicine technologies, use high-tech equipment technologies for delivery. This methods findings can contribute recommendations on job workers including reduction physicians workload. results interest scientists, researchers, HR managers authorities engaged process optimization improvement provision.
